Mehr Traditional Hotel

The 3-star Mehr Traditional Hotel the biggest historical hotel in Yazd used to be an old house called Yazdi Zargar’s house one of the Iranian jewelry merchants and belongs to the Qajar era, more than 250 years ago. The Mehr hotel that is a national heritage site is the first and only Iranian hotel that received the UNESCO World Heritage Award and is also the second hotel in Iran that got an SGS quality certification. This hotel has traditional architecture including the main courtyard, a traditional hall, the Orangery, 23 rooms, a gorgeous porch, a beautiful windcatcher, a charming basement, and an impressive rooftop overlooking the historic quarter of Yazd. In the central courtyard, there is a traditional restaurant, serving local and international foods. Situated in the historic neighborhood of Yazd, the world’s first adobe-structured city, the Lab-e Khandagh hotel has easy access to most of the significant attractions consist of the Amir Chakhmaq Complex and several bazaars which are the main markets of the city including Zargarha, Khan, Panj-e Ali and Shazdeh Fazel.
