The Parsian Kowsar Hotel, called Sheraton Hotel before Iran’s revolution, is one of the most popular hotels in Isfahan because it is opposite the Zayandeh River and is just a few steps from the Sio-Se Pol ancient bridge. In 1968, the Parsian Kowsar Hotel established with 130 rooms under the name of Sheraton Hotel and after a year, was renamed to Cyrus Hotel operated under the supervision of Sheraton Hotels Group until 1978. To improve its quality of services, Parsian Kowsar International Hotel was renovated in 2004, and immediately afterward the next phase of renovation to add 40 luxurious rooms and suites to the previous 130 rooms was completed. The new part of the hotel is the Firouzeh building. The hotel has a gorgeous garden with five different restaurants includes international, Italian, barbecue and traditional. The Isfahan’s Kowsar Hotel has indoor and outdoor pools and a sports club including a Jacuzzi, gym, billiards and table tennis lounge.
