This monument has various parts, including a reservoir (tank), fence, pool, and ice hole. it is noteworthy that the use of clay was due to its thermal insulation, so it could prevent the heat of the desert. The tank has a circular dome shape and the fence is about 12 meters high.

The cold weather of the night helps to freeze the water. Consequently, by gradually storing this ice in the tank, they could supply the water they needed.
